Last weekend was poor, in virtually every respect. Yesterday was the worst display in a lifetime.

Chelsea next Sat will make or break it for me, Not that we must win, but we must perform, or at least turn up!
Yesterday was the worst result in a lifetime. It wasn't the worst performance. Of course yesterday was terrible but the 5-0 home to Bournemouth, 4-0 to Luton, 6-1 to Villa, and some of the performances against the top 6 under Hughton were arguably worse. We've had these results relatively recently and bounced back.

Make or break IMO.

We lose and the season could be over in the first week in Feb.

TB and PB would then surely have to act, I imagine hostilities towards FH would intensify massively.

We are not going down so regardless of results “acting” before a manager on the radar is available or poachable is not going to happen, however shit the results are imo. My biggest concern about Fab is that he appears, to me, to be both arrogant and naive, that doesn’t bode well for being able to cope with a crisis. We’ll see, hope I’m wrong.

I hope you’re right. In the back of my mind I have this default position that this is an inexperienced Premier League manager, coaching, in the main, a young inexperienced but promising set of players. Wasn’t it said many times at the start of the season that we’ll play attacking unorthodox football and win spectacularly, and lose the same way? We are reaping what we’ve sown. In that regard we have to accept it. What won’t be acceptable if performances like yesterday‘s are repeated on a regular basis between now and the end of the season. Let’s be positive and hope that that won’t be the case.

Two bad results v Chelsea at the Amex in the space of a week would turn the place pretty toxic towards FH. And an up-furk at Southampton would seal the deal for the guy shirley lest STH renewal rates be jeopardised

That was one horrendous team selection/formation destined to get destroyed by Forest.
And the fact the berk didn’t make a change after ten minutes says it all really.
Last season we had a stretched squad playing Europa league football for the first time and bringing CH’s championship squad into the equation is just daft.

Who said it was a good performance ? Of course it wasn’t. It was terrible. Was it the worst performance in a lifetime ? (As argued) Not in the PL , not arguably in last few years. But still terrible.

Also wonder if Andrew Crofts is simply a ‘yes man’

How an earth can he not have some input in the apparent madness that surrounds FH, his tactics and in play management?

If we sack him now, and bring someone else in, the transfer window will have closed (not that we'd likely buy anyone in January to keep a new manager happy), but we have sent Enciso and Ferguson out on loan, and moved Barco onto another loan - maybe a new manager would have other ideas about these players.

Yep, I’d sack him now. He’s not competent at this level. We can’t make Europe, we can’t go down. So put Crofts in charge, and go again in the summer. I’d take McKenna when Ipswich go down, he was our first choice last time, for example.

Would you seriously want to admit to being part of that particular process.
I am getting distinct vibes, of arrogance from FH I doubt he accepts any input from anyone else.

As substandard performances go it was just as bad. . . . it was spineless.

we were f***ing shit in the. Mid 90's but at least we tried, and survived. Most of yesterdays performances would have got you shot at dawn Back then.
