Bang! And the dirt is gone.
My concern is that the players are edging towards not trusting 'the process'. We already seem to have issues with Enciso and Ferguson, who may well turn out to be great players, but for some reason they don't seem to want to stick around currently. We aren't going down this season, so give him the season and reassess in May. It's crap today, so my view is skewed, but I can't help but feel a more passionate and personable, and tactically astute coach, could get a lot more out of our players.

Out.

Lived off zerbi set up first 6-7 games.

We didn’t give Zerbi anything to spend but we gave £200m to a 31 year old. Complete madness.

Need to get destroyed by Chelsea which should sway blooms hand.
I’m convinced the £200m summer spending was a conversation that never happened with RDZ.
He said in January he had spoken personally with Wieffer as a potential summer move he never mentioned any others.

I am about to have a knee jerk reaction ...... NOT to the result but to the bunch of spineless fools who seem to have completely forgotten the run of three good away games we had recently and the season long injury problems we have sustained.
For goodness sake try not to take things so personally and grow some balls.
What a fan base, one extreme to the other, when we win a few it is all "Europe again ole ole" and "champions league awaits for me" lose a couple and its "Fab out".
Basically though, your view and my view matter little in the great scheme of things as it is not up to any of us to make decisions for the club.

I mean, I’m worried, but if you hire an inexperienced manager you’re expecting to grow with him.

Strap yourselves in those of you who would rather see your team lose just to oust a manager, I think he’ll be starting 25/26…

Been out of his depth for ages. Had a really lucky start to the season but enough is enough.
sack him now before it’s too late !
Too late for what? We’re not going to be relegated, we weren’t going to seriously challenge for Europe even before today.

I’m still Fab in, but three good away games has to be put in context. Norwich are in the Championship, Ipswich are awful (yes they beat Chelsea but they’ve just lost at home to Southampton) and Man Utd are having a terrible season, although I would call that one a good away win.

The players will have a big say on whether he is in or out. Do they trust the process? Do they believe in him making them better players and setting up the team the best way to win games?

As a fan who just watches what is happening on the pitch, the players today were all over the place. Did they believe in the game plan? Were we just beaten by a better motivated team managed by someone whose tactics were better than ours?

Have a feeling TB and PB will be assessing this rationally and acting in the best interests of the club. I would be surprised if their decision is swayed by a group of emotional key board warriors voting on NSC.
