f*** me not this debate again. There's 46 league games and we can afford to lose a few, in fact we WILL lose a few and still get promoted. Lose one game and you're out of the Cup. This is an important chance to keep the momentum going and perhaps get a top side later on so we can see how good we really are - to say nothing of having a memorable day out.
Why are so many people brainwashed by the likes of Bolton and Blackburn into thinking that league points are the be-all and end-all?

The League One leaders will face FC United at home in the second round after finally seeing off Woking on penalties in Tuesday night's replay.
But after their 12-game unbeaten streak came to an end at Hartlepool last weekend, Poyet is eager to get back to winning ways against Bristol Rovers on Saturday.
"We need to forget about the next round and concentrate on winning games in the league," he said.
"We've an important game coming up on Saturday at Withdean before we go to Southampton the following Tuesday, so let's forget about the cup for a while."
