Has Rea returned from Southend temporary and did he play for them in the cup if yes and no put him in instead of Dunk then let him go back on loan to Southend after this cup round, rather than risk a Dunk card. So:

Maenpaa

Calderon
Rea
Goldson
Ridgewell

Towell
Ince
Crofts
Jfc

Akindayini
Baldock

LuaLua and Baldock both likely to feature as they work back towards full fitness.

Crofts and Ince and Forster-Caskey probably need first team match practice and that goes for the forgotten Holla who may be needed as a sub later on.

I'd go with -

Maenpaa

Calderon
Greer
Goldson
Ridgewell

Cofts
Ince
Towell

Murphy
Hemed
Manu
Subs
Stockdale, Chicksen, Baldock, Lua Lua, Zamora, Harper, Dunk.

If Greer isn't fit then move Ridgewell to CB and play Chicksen with one of the development squad defenders moving onto the bench. Lua Lua and Baldock to get some time off the bench rather than started if they are fit. Holla and JFC also in contention for places on the bench.

Bruno, Stephens, Kayal and Wilson (mainly because of his recent illness) to be totally rested, wrapped in cotton wool and then bubble wrap to keep them fit and healthy.

I expect (and hope) to see wholesale changes, with a lot of players rested to help halt our current league form.
Maenpaa in goal, as is custom to have 2nd choice keeper to start cup games.
Rob Hunt at right back; regular for u21s and Bruno/Calde need a break following busy festive period.
Goldson as one CB - hasn't played too much first team football, but a fair amount of u21 stuff so will already know the surrounding youth players. Been impressed with what I have seen so far in the league.
Ridgwell as the other CB - Brought in on loan and a decent player, cup game ideal introduction.
Chicksen at LB - Who else?
Tilley at RM - Rated highly by CH, give him a start - unsure if VLP is extending loan (?) and how long it'll be until LuaLua and Rosenior are back, so give a youngster a chance.
Crofts, Ince and JFC in the middle - Away game so 3 in the middle of the park is common practice. Holla should be on his way out and is definitely not part of CH's plans so won't start. Ince to do the dirty work and sit deep to help our Hunt / Chicksen. Crofts and JFC to bomb on slightly and get the wingers involved.
Manu on the left - interested to see him play more than 15 mins. Something about him that excites me, definitely some raw talent there.
Hemed up top - the man desperately needs goals, hopefully a cup game can get him back some confidence. Game following Hull is against Rotheram, expect Bobby and Wilson to start.

Obviously the league is our priority, with Ridgewell hoping to feature at left back I would give Calderon a start at right back and give Bruno a rest. It's crucial we don't lose key players such as Kayal and Stephens also. Unsure whether Wilson will be allowed to feature either.

I would probably go with

Maenpaa

Calderon
Goldson
Dunk
Ridgewell

Crofts
Stephens
JFC

Murphy
Hemed
Baldock

Bench: Stockdale, Greer, Chicksen, Kayal, Towell, Manu, Zamora.

A team of rumoured players and new signings plus some existing players who need minutes; it'll never exist but was fun to put together! Yes, this team would let in one or a few but if this team continued our goalless run, me and football would go our separate ways!
