Not "only if there's a war", but the following scenario looks likely
Premier League top 3 are Man U, chelsea and Arsenal, they all go in CL
4th league place is Spurs/Man C/Liverpool/Villa, but Villa already in Europa league because of carling cup runners up so if they 4th, then Europa places are for 5/6 in league and FAC winners.
So European places for 3 out of Spurs/Man C/Liverpool/Villa
FAC semis
Chelsea - CL already
Villa - Europa Already
Fulham need to get to final to get into europa (because other finalist already there)
So if Spurs beat Fulham and manage to be in 4/5/6 place in Prem, then Pompey are in Europe which will be hilarious because they will have to seel all their players and so will be totally outclassed.
Or did I get something wrong there.
