The semi-finals should be at Villa Park and Highbury. What's going on?!

Wembley is the biggest football stadium in the country and allows the most people possible to experience these fantastic events.

It's good that the tournament was really taken seriously this year, very few weakened team and yet still a lot of upsets.

However four prem clubs in the semis is a bit dull.

I'd like Fulham or Villa to win it:clap2:

Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea in the early rounds all put out weakened teams as usual. Man U Arsenal Liverpool got knocked out because of it.

Villa didnt put out a full strength side against us.

When I say weakened team, I mean every team has taken the competition seriously. Some managers have felt that a few players could afford to be rested, but in general have played strong teams (Villa still played Young, Young, Cueller, Collins, Downing, Warnock, Milner, Sidwell)

Liverpool team that got knocked out at HOME to Reading:

Cavalieri, Degen, Carragher, Agger, Insua, Lucas, Aquilani, Kuyt, Gerrard, Benayoun, Torres.

Only two players rested were Reina and Skrtel.

Man United team that got knocked out at HOME to Leeds:

Kuszczak, Neville, Vidic, Jonathan Evans,
Fabio Da Silva, Welbeck, Gibson, Anderson, Obertan, Berbatov, Rooney.

Rio and Evra were injured. Giggs and Scholes didn't play as they don't usually play too many consecutive games. Therefore only Van der Sar, Fletcher and Carrick were rested, with Carrick coming on as a sub.

Arsenal rested more players, but Wenger has been the only manager to not really take the competition seriously this year, what with being away to a strong Stoke side. They still started their best player and captain, whilst also throwing on the big guns later on in the game (Arshavin, Ramsay, Eduardo)

I would say Wenger is the only manager not to take the competition seriously this year.

A nice easy bye to the Final .

3 Wembley appearances in 3 seasons  - it's getting boring now.
