livefootballtickets.com has got 677 tickets for semi v man u....most in Man u end but plenty Brighton end. why doesn`t the club buy these and find out who sold them ??

If it’s happened for some big league aways I stand corrected, I thought the only previous time was as you say 2019 (when it went to purchase history anyway).

For the Liverpool game specific tickets were blocked and people were denied entry...

....and offered the tickets at face value, and given a letter from the club to use with their card provider to try to get a refund

As far as I can see, the only ones available on the Brighton side* are in the second tier - these are "Club Wembley" tickets which are held as debentures and can legally be reallocated (/resold?), similar to 1901 seats at the Amex.


*apart from a single listing which doesn't say where it is, and I'd be willing to wager that these tickets don't actually exist (yet).

Don't know who they were, just read about what the club did to those who had blocked tickets. Doubt they were all Scousers

if that is Wembley's policy then its looking for trouble.... not surprising they f*cked up the Eurofinal.

They were predominantly "football tourists" who bought, in what they thought was good faith, tickets from ticket resellers at highly-inflated prices.

It's not been made recently, it's always been a benefit of being an ST holder. Most PL games go to members then ST guests, then purchase history. This is the on sale dates for up and coming fixtures, but it's been the case for years.

But Away games are different. It goes straight to Purchase History after Members - there are no 'Guests'. See announcement just made for Villa and Arsenal away.
(However, was definitely different for League cup at Arsenal)
