Glad Tamworth have got a good tie at Everton. If Dagenham win their replay to host Millwall, that could be lively as half of the Daggers support are Hammers. :)

As Crawley have a home tie as well will one game be on Saturday and the other Sunday ?

Almost just what Gus wanted, isn't it - a home draw against the lowest side left in the competition? OK, so Wrexham aren't quite the lowest, but it should be a winnable tie.

Can't see it having any bearing on potential problems so I reckon both matches will be on the Saturday.

Same city teams like Liverpool/Everton and Sheffield United/Wednesday can't play on the same day because Police won't agree to it.

Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United were both at home on Saturday weirdly.

Here, there and everywhere
Now we will find out which players if any we will rest to stop them being cup-tied.
Will be interesting to see if Zamora will play in the Fulham one if him moving really is a 'certainty'.

Wrexham fans not too happy about the draw, well at least the ones interviewed on ITV.

I presume ITV were after that sort of reaction, having organised a crew to be in the local pub as the draw was made.

Wouldn't read a massive amount into that. I think in the third round, any team at our level is hoping for Manchester United, Arsenal or Liverpool for the pay-day. Anything else is a bit of a disappointment.

I think now we've had a think about it, for both financial and historical reasons, this is an excellent tie - probably top 10 or 15 of what we could have got. I'm looking forward to it.

Good draw. I wonder which tie S4C will go with:

Brighton and Hove Albion v. Wrexham
Barnsley v. Swansea City
West Bromwich Albion v. Cardiff City

I would go with the WBA/Cardiff match, if I was in charge of programming.
