FFS. Just watching the Sunday repeat...Spurs Vs Leeds on again which was on live and anyone interested would have seen it already and the goals had already been all over the news last night. What's the f***ing point of watching the highlights when the main game's already been on? BBC and Sky don't have the evening game at the start of their highlights show, do they? They have brief highlights part way through.

I bet they had 30 mins of reaction and patronising of the lower league wonder-team after the live game and now they're talking about it again. Can't be far off more talking time than actual football played.

Anyone who supports a team involved elsewhere, maybe a team that's not a fashionable Premier League team, doesn't get a look in. That's ITV all over - Anyone remember when they had the live rights to the old Div 1 and the only live games they showed featured the old "big 5" and the first game of the season they would have live would be the first Man Ure Vs Liverpool game whether that was in August or December!

I'll rate the three main sports channels on their recent Albion coverage..

Sky Sports - Very good, always has been
BBC - Average to good, some features on Poyet recently
ITV - Generally seem to try and pretend we don't even exist!

I'd go with that.

I despise everything about ITV Sport's football coverage - it's shoddy, amateurish, and blatantly biased towards the north of England. United and Liverpool always get shown more in Europe than Chelsea and Arsenal do, and as for yesterday's coverage, I think that, even though they are out of the FA Cup, Man Utd and their players got mentioned more than both of the teams in action at Villa Park.

In fact, the only redeeming feature about ITV's FA Cup coverage from yesterday is that they had some bloke called Ned presenting it.

I was out last night so sky plussed them. When I woke up this morning I turned on the tv and saw the newcastle highlights, watched to the end of the show.

Then played the show last night on my sky plus to discover our highlights were immediately before the newcastle ones. If I'd turned the TV on two minutes earlier, I'd've saved myself the trouble of sky plus.

shocking show, main game was one that was live about 4 hours before hand and the mornings live game was higher than ours. ITV should not be allowed football in any shape or form

I have to say this was a total joke of a programme. Showing highlights of games that have already been live on the channel is just f***ing studpid. And how the f*** is Accrignton Stanley v Fulham or Notts County v Wigan a better game than the current Carling Cup finalist vs Gus Poyet's sexy new Brighton team. f*** of and die ITV you are a shit channel that has no decent programmes and is so shit news wise you are having to arrange to share studios etc with the BBC.

I sky + soccer saturday and all they had was Tony Millard reporting when the goals went in.No one live at the ground or no one watching in the studio. They really did not expect an upset did they?!
