For their third round home game against Arsenal, they charged £30 (£15 concessions). That was more than I paid for my Newcastle ticket yesterday. And I got free travel thrown in.

Bargain. People seem to forget that travel is included in the match day ticket and cannot grasp the fact it would be more expensive if it wasn't included. Just no pleasing some people.

I will be cheering for Swansea in the replay.
Partly because the jacks have always supported us.
Partly bevause I fancy we might have a marginally better chance against them.
Mostly because the usual susllpects will again do a disappearing act whilst trying to justify themselves on here and give us all something to laugh at.

Have always considered that an Arsenal season ticket would be my first choice if available, forget the fact that they have not won any titles for some time, but their style of play under Wenger is fantastic, pity we have not been drawn away as we could watch the match on TV and the club would receive a huge amount from whoever is showing it.

If it has to be changed for TV coverage that is the one I would like most of all. With 4.00pm Sunday the least I would like as I have the allotment AGM at 6.30pm

Are there any tickets left for the Allotment AGM BG ?

Don't both teams have to agree the admission price ?

Fans who have experienced the depths of lower league football, and deserve the success they are currently enjoying. Not fans who see their team play 2 or 3 times a season. Obviously there are some exceptions, but I hate the plastic nature of fans of big clubs.
You want to check their forum. Their "proper fans" appear to be homophobic Neanderthals. Obviously there are exceptions.........

arsenal will get the whole south stand side of the ground

If I remember correctly we gave up the chicken run in 87 so they had the whole of the east terrace. My mate said that it would look like a home game when they came out of the tunnel and he was convinced we would get badly beaten. As it was we gave them a great game and could have won!

Never forget Nelson's goal or how sad the North Stand looked versus Doncaster 97 in comparison to that day,it was rammed.

We probably would have won had the ref not bottled it. He should have sent Richardson off (already booked) for a couple of shocking challenges. Didn't he go on to score their second?

Wasn't it Perry Groves? My memory is not what it should be to be fair!

Am I the only one who thinks it'd sell out against Swansea? Two good footballing sides fighting it out (nice and patiently from the back, admittedly). Not sure it's one that the TV will like though. Brighton vs Arsenal on the other hand... I'm guessing they'll have to sort out what's on TV before the Arsenal vs Swansea replay, so as there'll still be a chance that Swansea go through, I doubt we'll get picked for a TV game.

TV loves the Amex. The latest built award winning stadium full to the brim with a great atmosphere plus tip top tappy footie - we'd be on the box if we had Macclesfield at home.:amex:

Dear oh dear. It's 2013 and still the first thing said about Brighton is 'gays' or in this case poofsville.
It's amazing how they don't realise how ignorant this makes them look.
