He won't. He's had a decent season for Exeter by all accounts, and I've seen Palace fans online getting excited about his prospects because of that, imagining he's the future of their goalkeeping hopes, all the more so because he's a boyhood fan of their club.

Wake up, lads. He is never, ever making it as a Premier League goalkeeper at 5'9". I've seen Sanchez make a better fist of saving penalties than he did tonight. They might as well have stuck Yoda in goal for all the intimidation he offered the Forest kick takers. Bounced around like a springer spaniel puppy at walkies time, made a few silly faces, and then dived in the opposite direction for nearly every kick.

There's no shame in making a career in the lower leagues, but that's going to be his limit.
Totally agree, he may fill out but at his age probably not going to get much taller.

Must be very frustrating for the lad.

You push a Premier league side all the way to a penalty shoot-out and then you realise you have a schoolboy in goal who makes the goal appear twice the size for every Forest player.

Waste of space, Whitworth. He might as well have gone and sat on the bench for the shoot out.
I heard that even little Caspar Schmeichal was laughing at his smallness.

Maybe not. Even a lower league career is way beyond the likely path most aspiring footballers will follow.
