trevor is right, it works like:

team 1 not playing team 2, 3, or 4 = 12/15

team 2 also not playing team 3 or 4 = 12/14

team 3 also not playing team 4 = 12/13

put those all together and you get (12*12*12)/(15*14*13) = 63%
