Even after being told that I was being moved, the first ticket email I received turns out to be my OLD seat. Then yesterday my NEW ticket arrived. So I now have downloaded 2.

I've got something similar, booked 2 together, sent me 2 in different blocks. Then got another email with the other original ticket on it so I now appear to have 3 tickets.
