Every day I have a good moment in my day, I think about this cup draw and reality hits again and come plummeting back down to earth.
If Schrödinger had explained it like this generations of schoolchildren would have understood better what he was on aboutVery tempted by this and I know if I decide not to go it'll be one of the most glorious days in the club's recent history with a stonking great victory and a Steele hattrick and I'll be gutted about missing it.
I also know if I do go then that definitely won't happen and we'll probably lose badly and I'll have an enormous, knackering and expensive round trip for the sake of a disappointing 90 minutes and I'll spend hours stuck in traffic on the M1 questioning my life choices.
Still plenty 10 mins ago when I lookedHave the tickets sold out? I can’t seem to purchase one.
Still around 300 left, can always try phoning supporter services in the morning if the issue persistsHave the tickets sold out? I can’t seem to purchase one.
I was right. Email received confirming reallocation to a different block as we’ve handed loads back due to low demandAgree - no chance we’ve sold them all. Expecting to get bounced into the currently available blocks once tickets are issued.
Me too - a tad annoying as I’d got one closer to the goal in K but am now in M - hey hoI was right. Email received confirming reallocation to a different block as we’ve handed loads back due to low demand

Thank you for purchasing tickets for the FA Cup away fixture against Newcastle on 2nd March.
Unfortunately, demand for this fixture has not been as high as expected, despite tickets having been made available to all Season Ticket Holders, MyAlbion+ members and supporters with a purchase history, and we are therefore no longer able to offer seating in the block you originally purchased tickets for.
As a result, you have been relocated to alternative seating. We have done our utmost to allocate the best seating we can and anyone you purchased tickets for in the same transaction will remain seated with you.
We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause, and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Thank you for your fantastic support.
Can I suggest , for the good of the Club , you don't go.Very tempted by this and I know if I decide not to go it'll be one of the most glorious days in the club's recent history with a stonking great victory and a Steele hattrick and I'll be gutted about missing it.

just a slightly different shit view to the one we hadMe too - a tad annoying as I’d got one closer to the goal in K but am now in M - hey ho
Never been before so the cup is a great opportunity for us part timers. We're driving up Saturday, overnighting, then heading home after full time. We have two drivers, I hope that makes it more manageable. Trying to block out all thoughts of a dismal defeat followed by a 6 hour drive.
Excellent bladder controlI don't know if this helps, but I drove home straight after our four goal midweek battering there a couple of years ago.
Had a hotel booked, had checked in and everything, but after that result, I just couldn't face a night in town surrounded by smug celebrating Geordies, so I checked out of the hotel, got in the car and didn't stop until I got back to Sussex about 4am![]()
I would hope that most people are put off by the feeling of putting money into the hands of journalist-dismembering murderers. And it's not only the costs (circa £200 for me by train - plus an overnight stay). It's the sheer logistics of getting there and back on a Sunday. Huge respect for those who are going, but for those that aren't I very much doubt it's down to the price of the matchday ticket.

Purely as a matter of interest can i ask if you are both in a similar row to what you were in the other block or have you been moved back as well as over towards the corner?Me too - a tad annoying as I’d got one closer to the goal in K but am now in M - hey ho
But if you take the M11 and A1m it may turn out to be an altogether better experience. Or not.Very tempted by this and I know if I decide not to go it'll be one of the most glorious days in the club's recent history with a stonking great victory and a Steele hattrick and I'll be gutted about missing it.
