All ties must be played on Saturday 13 November 2004, kick-off 3.00 pm with replays on or before Thursday 24 November 2004, kick-off 7.45 pm. Home Clubs MUST ensure the Match Arrangement Form is received at this Office by Monday 8 November 2004. DO NOT POST, PLEASE ONLY FAX TO 020 7287 5189.

Player qualification date

The player qualification date is 12 noon on Friday 12 November 2004, this includes replays and postponements. For loan players to be eligible, The FA must have received the written permission from the lending Club by 12noon on Friday 12 November 2004.

Telephoning of results

Home Clubs must phone match results to 0870 1241051 (PA) and 0870 1600566 (FA)

SECOND ROUND PROPER DRAW – SUNDAY 14 NOVEMBER 2004

The draw will be LIVE on BBC1 at approx 3.00pm and also shown on Sky Sports 1 and broadcast on BBC Radio Five Live.
