Bernie is a complete nut job these days. This is the sort of madcap idea we all might spout in a pub after too many pints, not to be proposed by the head of the sport. Whate next eh Bernie, randomized sprinklers to have contrived wet races, or perhaps we have something to learn from Mario Kart, and could allow drivers to propell shells under the wheels of other cars.

Sorry, but the little fella has gone completely Blatter.

Time for Bernie to s*d off and go and be an Andy Warhol impersonator on Britains got Talent or something, he's clearly lost the plot to come up with such a ridiculous idea!

Yep another daft idea from the rich dwarf, BUT can someone explain why he hasn't been manouvered out of his place of power - what has he got over everyone that the teams and circuit owners put up with him?
At the very least they could get him assassinated.

How about making all F1 tracks 'figure of eight'. My first Scalectrix (or however the f*** you spell it) was figure of eight. Much more exciting.

Bernie is bonkers. Never mind short cuts, what about a milkfloat and some chavs on BMXs?

what has he got over everyone that the teams and circuit owners put up with him?

he basically owns the commercial rights to the brand of F1. not sure how, but thats how it is. i think he brought them up in the 80's or 90's when no one else was interested, the teams were getting on with racing and the FIA wanted to sell them to anyone for some back handers.
