Have I been slagging off Max all season? You’ve certainly been slagging off Lewis and bigging up George from day 1. THAT’S what a hater does
I will be gutted if this gives Red Bull a free run to the title. The smugness of Max and Horner will be unbearable

You really dislike Hamilton don't you?

Have Horner, Verstappen never thrown a tantrum? Or are you so biased, you do an Arsène?

You think? I have never come across someone who hates an F1 driver so much, he gets absolutely zero credit for being 7 times champ, it’s 100% down to the car don’t you know.

Personally I think Lewis has been brilliant in his handling of this season’s disappointments. Yes he’s pissed but is willing to throw everything into helping to sort it, to his detriment as he is the one experimenting whilst Russell is doing a great job driving the car in the best setup available on race days. Not a big Russell fan but it seems to be an ideal partnership..
Please don't be taken in by what others' perceptions have of me, yes Max and Christian can throw a few wobblies but Hamilton has always been the GOAT of wobblies.

I will state it one more time as people only see my negative views on Lewis and not my positive ones.
Lewis is a very good driver
Is he the best? Or has he been the most fortunate with a car that has been nigh on untouchable....Yes IMO
Do I like people in general that are arrogant self-obsessed and talk down to people, as if their shite doesn't stink.........No I think they are jumped up little or big wonkers.
Do I love racing drivers that love to race and will talk to anyone when a camera isn't over their shoulder..........Yes, I have met many like this, not all of them are tarts.
Do I dislike racing drivers or any sportsman that sees themself as a brand ahead of the profession they do......oh yes..complete a holes...IMO.
Is Lewis a Brand? does he always do a cringe-worthy suck-up to every country he is in, as he did again to the Canadian, he is very transparent IMO.

Could he win me over? Maybe if his fans were not so obsessed with disliking the people who don't like him......and if he came down to a level headed type of guy, which I would have thought he could have done by now with all his cash and years of maturity.
Can you believe some have put me on ignore for disliking a man's personality...................that makes you feel that they have lost some perspective of what I have been saying. I am not personally insulting them.........just saying Lewis isn't someone I admire on a human being basis.

Anyway can we stop banging on about my dislike for the man that is Hamilton now and not his racing ability???................pretty please.

That's just Bernie being Bernie I think. There will be an element of his genuine opinion in there (he thinks Hamilton isn't motivated this year), but also a (un)healthy dose of just wanting to throw out a fishing line and see who bites.

Do you think Hamilton motivated then?

He is a very logical man and read situations very well.......and so does Bernie.:hilton:

I think he’s a dickhead, Bernie that is

Lewis can be too but I only care about his F1 racing ability. I don’t give a shit what clothes he wears and his lifestyle away from F1. Bernie looks like a tramp but that doesn’t bother me either

Some top Bernie quotes:

On football, "I leave at half time, by then you can see which way it's going" (although, maybe that makes him an East Stand STH?)

On women, "Women should all be dressed in white like all the other domestic appliances"

On people, "Anyone who doesn't speak English isn't worth speaking to"

So, yeah, a sexist, racist, plastic football fan whose business partner was the son of a fascist and enjoyed Nazi porn.

I can certainly see why you're a fan.

Under dressing doesn't bother me either, but when you concentrate more on your brand and less on your skilled trade, that does bother me.....tart comes to mind.

He will be on it this weekend and will beat George and definitely make the podium and I
think Merc will pull out a surprise for Ferrari and Red Bull.

Who said I was a fan.
So why do you as a moderator keep using and abusing your position, to insult other posters?
Your assumptions are just plain wrong, and I would advise you to wind that neck in on what you are trying to imply.
If I was you I would take a break from NSC for a while.

The day after the Russian invasion of Ukraine he said he found Putin to be an ‘honourable and straightforward man’. He’d previously said he’d take a bullet for the Russian President.

Imagine the outcry and repercussions of this happening at Lewis' home race

Should he concede and remove all his piercings jewellery? I am no fan of this shit but I'd back him if he refused to concede, apart from Hamilton who is going to be affected if it somehow kills him ( about a 1 in 1 million chance too)

The FIA continue to be world class thunder*****

Cheat the guy from a World title and then bring in a regulation that only seems relevant to him, you could be excused for thinking there was an agenda here.

It's not a new regulation. It's been in the rulebook longer than Hamilton has been in F1. They're just enforcing it now ... direct result of the teams insisting the rules be followed as written.

Shame they couldn't follow them to the letter over something that related to actual racing

It's very petty to suggest that they'll suspend Hamilton for that when they cheated him out of a Championship.

Just IMO, but then I haven't got a Corporate mindset

It's a Wittich hunt!

Wittich, who is one of two new race directors, having taken over from the sacked Michael Masi is enforcing the rule in the International Sporting Code which forbids drivers from wearing jewellery.
The rough idea of Wittich is to ensure that drivers are fully protected in case of an accident which involves fire – similar to Romain Grosjean in the 2020 Bahrain Grand Prix.

In notes pre the Miami Grand Prix, Wittich also explained that jewellery could cause further injury to a driver in an accident – or even delay medical treatment if the need for it transpired.

The idea of enforcing the regulation was first floated by Wittich in Australia – nearly one month ago.

In Miami, Lewis Hamilton turned up to the press conference decked out in jewellery – no doubt making a point.

He wore multiple necklaces, rings and three watches as he fielded questions ahead of F1’s first race in the city.
