No it doesn’t, it just directs what warm air does escape into the spec zone.

What can I say? It works for me.

You need to pull the mask high up the nose and get as much under the glasses as possible.

I have exactly the same problem. I've ordered a mask from these people as they claim it doesn't fog up your glasses
