F.Capello, NSC will sort it for you...

I have ***OFFICIALLY*** appointed NSC as England's new Director of football seeing as Postman Pat is being a stubborn Italian whore. Let's use this thread for the rest of England's games to sort EVERYTHING out so we can look back when we have lifted the trophy and state, "NSC won the world cup".

So on the 23rd ?, we tackle the might of the star wars monster sounding country 'Slovenia'. I want NSC to do Capello's job and suggest everything that should be done from the Toothpaste used to the starting 11.

Over to you...

Try and pass to a team mate and try not to pass the ball around a bit and then give it to the keeper to hoof up the field. Get either of these wrong and you have to come off the pitch and run around it twice before being allowed back on :lolol:

Put Rooney up top Gerrard in behind and forgive Joe Cole for whatever he has done wrong.

Personally I have 2 suggestions to pass onto fabiocapello@thefa.com and they are all of a serious note.

1. Get Theo Walcott back in. We missed pace, flair and width.
2. go 4-5-1 f***ing 1 with Carrick coming in for Heskey and Gerrard and Lampard let lose.
Two simple things that could and can go a long way, but obviously a former Champions League winner can't see this

I'd have Carrick in my first eleven all day long.

Yes he was poor in a recent friendly (Mexico I think) but he's an integral part of Man United's team. Good defensive midfielder who also offers something going forward.

Number two - agree absolutely with the formation, but Joe Cole, no?

Number one - Walcott would've done nothing last night. Lennon and SWP were crap, but Walcott only does the same things worse.

Walcott!?!?!? Do me a favour!

I would:

- Replace Carragher with Dawson to give the centre of defence more pace.
- Encourage Cole and Johnson to overlap more, which would be helped by...
-...Joe Cole on the left
- Go 4-5-1 with Cole-Gerrard- Barry-Milner-Lennon
- Tell Rooney to stop dropping so f***ing deep
- Demand Lennon to take people on. There's no point him playing if he's scared to go past people.
- Announce the team now and give the players time to prepare
- Have this piped into their heads for the next four days:

Express yourself
Create the space
You know you can win
Don't give up the chase
Beat the man
Take him on
You never give up
Its one on one
Express yourself
Its one on one
Express yourself
Its one on one
Express yourself
You can't be wrong
When somethings good
Its never gone
Loves got the world in motion
And I know what we can do
Loves got the world in motion
And I can't believe its true
Now is the time
Let everyone see
You never give up
Thats how it should be
Don't get caught
Make your own play
Express yourself
Don't give it away
Express yourself
Its one on one
Express yourself
Its one on one
Express yourself
You can't be wrong
When somethings good
Its never wrong
Loves got the world in motion
And I know what we can do
Loves got the world in motion
And I can't believe its true
Loves got the world in motion
And I know what we can do
Loves got the world in motion
And I can't believe its true
You've got to hold and give
But do it at the right time
You can be slow or fast
But you must get to the line
They'll always hit you and hurt you
Defend and attack
Theres only one way to beat them
Get round the back
Catch me if you can
Cos' I'm the England man
And what you're looking at
Is the master plan
We ain't no hooligans
This ain't a football song
Three lions on my chest
I know we can't go wrong
We're playing for England {In-ger-land}
We're playing the song
We're singing for England {In-ger-land}
Arrivederci its one one one
We're playing for England {In-ger-land}
We're playing the song
We're singing for England {In-ger-land}
Arrivederci its one one one
We're playing for England {In-ger-land}

If England play 4-3-3 who do they play?

Keeper: James
Attacking Right Back: Johnson
Central Defender (Heading): Terry (even though he is over-rated)
Central Defender (Sweeper): Dawson (even though he is not up to scratch)
(Rio Ferdinand was the obvious choice, failing that Carragher even though he is too slow)
Defensive Left Back: Warnock (even though he is not up to scratch)
(Wayne Bridge was the obvious choice.)

Holding (Defensive) Midfield: Barry
Central Midfield: Gerrard
Link Man (should be a good header of the ball): Carrick

Left Winger/Midfield: Wright-Philips
(The obvious choices would have been Downing or Hargreaves)
Target Man: Rooney
Striker: Defoe (even though he is not up to the standard of Michael Owen)

Heskey could play instead of Defoe or Wright-Philips
Ashley Cole could play instead of Warnock

James
Johnson Terry Dawson Warnock (or A Cole)
Barry Gerrard Carrick
Rooney Defoe Wright-Philips

Simply, the players are not there, so the sooner the illusion is over the better. But we still should easily beat Slovenia.

There is more to being a centre back than headering the ball away from danger so ask your centre backs to PASS the ball out of defence, and to justify their ridiculous salaries by showing everyone they are capable of retaining possession in neat triangles at the back to create time and space to make better use of the ball.

At the moment, the tiniest bit of pressure leads to an immediate backpass and a HOOF upfield straight down the throats of their midfield.

Carragher is the worst culpret of this. He's also very slow, and a total tosser. I'm struggling to support the stupid prick - more than any of our other overpaid wankers.

Think I'd rather bring Carlton Palmer out of retirement before I let CRAPPICK anywhere near my England team.

Hear! Hear!

I'd rather have the statue of Jimmy Cranky from St Marys Stadium in mid than Carrick

Christ almighty.

Is that Walcott who can't cross for shit so wouldn't be any change to what we've got now. And also Walcott who isn't in the squad so is no f***ing use to anybody anyway.

Carrick? Do me a favour, you're choosing to play 4 central midfielders?

And let Lampard loose? He's been on the loose for too long already because I don't remember seeing him in an England shirt recently.
