He's not on Incapacity Benefit if he has to sign on every other week.

The whole point of Incapacity Benefit was to allow Thatcher to shut down the mines without anyone becoming "unemployed". Your mate sounds to me like he's unemployed. How did he manage that?

Aye, "legal" but immoral.

Scrounging incapcity benefit when you are fit is 'obtaining money by deception' - exactly what the super-rich are doing by fiddling their tax bills.

They are not decieving as in telling an untruth they are exploiting a loophole which is perfectly legal .. much rather have the super rich variety than a few million scroungers .. at least they can put something back into the system even if they are trying to minimise the amount

Immoral in your opinion. And if they are abiding by the law then how is it a fiddle?
I would guess that most people who use tax avoidance schemes still contribute more to the exchequer per year then someone on an average income.

Phillip Green the shopping mogul pays no tax despite a huge multi-million pound salary each year.

This would be a more convincing question if Green hadn't ensured that his companies were located offshore, precisely to avoid them paying their fair share of UK taxes.
