Lost all respect for Peter Taylor when he walked out on us. Didn't have much before that TBH. Never really took to him when he was here.

Taylor was overrated as a manager just like McGhee. Both won promotion with another managers squad (Adams & Coppell respectively).

and so the myth about Taylor not being very good goes on. Promoted with Gillingham, Albion, Hull twice and Wycombe suggests that he is a pretty reasonable manager to me. Better promotion record than Adams I believe and Adams has only recently stopped being the Messiah.

No Adams walked out mid season, Taylor came to the end of his contract and decided not to renew it and gave us the full close season to get someone else in, DK then cocked that up totally. Let's not continually re-write history on here.

I've got an accumulator on United, QPR, Albion and Bradford winning their respective leagues this season - 15k for a fiver stake. Went for Bradford because of Taylor. Oh well.
