I was about to question what kind of a word profitness was, then have a rant about bloody Americans.

We used to have a very pretty girl here at work, Becci, who took up the same style of competitive body-building. The result is not altogether feminine in my personal opinion, but then she (like Jo) wasn't doing it for ME! What I do know, from watching Becci's transformation, is that a huge amount of effort and sacrifice goes into it, so fair play to Jo for winning her title.

Gully's Girls ARE back - for one night only.

They will be reuniting to perform at this years REMF match at the Amex, on 30th May, 6.00pm ko.
£5 per adult (free U16), to witness the reunion, and drink beer in your seat watching Peter Ward and Garry Nelson (and me ) play at the Amex against Palace.

The trouble with body-building is that unless you keep it up regularly or have some regime for losing the muscle after you gained it
then you're gonna look like Mr Blobby very, very quickly. Not a form of fitness at all imho.

But each to their own.
