off topic a bit...what is that SHITEHOUSE train at the Station? Is that one of the trains that used to serve Easy Croydon from London Bridge?

Where is the Electrostar trains?

Is this train what we are going to be hearded on to after a game?

The are on trial with Southern with a view to purchasing more. They run between Brighton and Seaford. They have no toilets are really uncomfortable and basically its Southern doing things on the cheap. Imagine the fuss if the London commuters end up with these trains every morning from Brighton!

They are being introduced on the Brighton-Seaford line because the department for transport wants better trains on the London metro routes so the movement of these trains down means more electrostars can be transfered up to London.

They will not run the London commuter lines out of Brighton. They will also be removed from service as soon as the 23 electrostars currently sub-leased to First Capital Connect are returned in 2012/13

Only short trains due to length restrictions at Lewes.
