On the great long shots there is a white structure on the downs behind Falmer which you also see from the A27 at Beddingham. Anyone know what it is?

Doug - the shape is of a windmill but until this year I had never noticed it. Has it been done up?

I've only noticed it in the last month, you get a better view coming down to the roundabout from Lewes prison.
Another good view is from the train Newhaven to Lewes. First time I saw it from there I thought it was either something to do with our stadium or was it the tall block at the RSCH. I'm sure I never noticed it prior to this year. Must investigate more.
