Ev's AMEX Morning Update - 8 Feb 11

The pitch is slowly being covered by membrane.
Whilst more exterior edging goes up, some has disappeared from the interior.
It's getting rather busy at the west stand.
Careful, walls have ears you know.

GReat pics as ever .....any chance of one of the 'regulars' being allowed inside the ground for some pics of the stands ? just to see how they are prgressing ? Several people have asked for panoramics of the stands front on so they can 'see their seats' ........or have they been excluded now ?

I will be contacting MP soon to see if there's any chance of doing a 360 panoramic from what will be the centre spot (I did THIS partial one of Withdean).
It would probably have to be a Sunday afternoon so there won't be any truck movements going on.

West stand upper should be quite noisy with that nice low roof! I'm really hoping the acoustics works out really well at the AMEX and the noise stays in the ground. I remember when we went to Withdean martin Perry reckoned the natural bowl would make it a noisy place -> how wrong he was!
