Good to see Ashley Williams just about getting a booking for doing 12 rounds of sparring in front of the linesman when Hemed gets a long ban for a highly dubious retrospective decision

Only just seen this, but how on earth has Williams got away with that? That's a sending off in anyone's book. Mind you, the way that Williams is playing at the moment, it may hurt Everton more to keep playing him

That's proper classy parenting. The Everton fan goes out of his way to punch the Lyon player.

Daddy...."Why did you hit that man?"

The kids probably glad he got the evening off, and his dad was hitting someone else for a change.

That lunge on the keeper was far more dangerous than Hemed's actions. It does all seem a bit arbitrary doesn't it. But then again, Bruno got away without a ban as well....

He ran down 3 rows and along 20 yards, holding the toddler, to become the 'victim'

Good job he didn't trip, I'm sure he'd be taking legal action via one of those friendly no win, no fee firms based on Merseyside

Going to be difficult when he has to explain to his son why he can't take him to the football, also explaining his conduct to the child's mother.

That bloke with the kid will be news around the world. I bet Everton are thrilled at being associated with that.

That's exactly what I thought. The kid will have to stay at home serving his ban while dad's off to Goodison.

Action when Duffy went down injured was shown on Sky during CH press conference, the Everton player clearly jumps at Duffy to take him out, absolutely no intention of getting the ball & could have easily caused more damage. Not on live TV so no pontificating "experts" to comment but then bet they would have ignored it anyway, unless it had been Duffy carrying out the assault.
