The architect boasts about the 13,000 single tier home end.

To benchmark, The Kop is about the same, WHL 17,000 and the Amex NS excluding corners 3,500.

It’s actually a dock next to the Mersey. As it happens I’ve seen seals in the Mersey whilst getting the ferry to work.

Nah. Not when you see some of the utterly jawdropping designs you see in the USA.

This Everton one isn't quite a boring identikit Southampton/Leicester/Middlesbrough job, its certainly better than that. But its still very ho-hum.
