Odd one that, surely playing in the DS would further develop his career than playing for Margate ?

That's probably the case. The problem, however, is that I doubt Akindayini will get much more play in the DS. We've just recruited a number of attacking players, and he's hardly got a decent record for the DS. One foot out of the club, I'd imagine. Following in Chicksen's path.

I've seen Akindayini a few times for the u21s. Unfortunately I saw nothing which ever made me think he'd go much further. Pity.

Liverpool U21s will be looking to make it into the semi-finals of the U21 Premier Cup when they face Brighton and Hove Albion Sunday afternoon. The Reds booked their progression into the quarter-finals with a 1-0 win over Leeds, with Daniel Trickett-Smith scoring the winner. Michael Beale’s side will be looking to make it into the semi-finals, and face lower league opposition in the form of Brighton for a place in the last four. https://thenextgenkopites.wordpress...-reds-aiming-for-u21-premier-cup-semi-finals/

Something seems wrong with the above pages with Arsenal and both Manchester clubs not included. Too early on a Sunday morning to work this out?
