Left at 4-1. Not so much because of the performance and score line, but I couldn’t bear hearing that friggin Everton song playing on repeat one more time!
Ooooo! Or whatever the high-pitched noise is they make during that song they kept singing

To be fair, unusually, I found myself watching the Everton fans thinking fair play, they deserve it - loads of them will have travelled all over and seen no wins since October and few goals all season away from home

of course it wasnt good losing a game we should have won but looking at the bigger picture we are I believe in a 2 horse race with Rottenham for Europe and we have more points we CAN gain. Don't be surprised if we go to Arsenal and beat them. The best season ever for the club its extremely disappointing a minority of fans felt the need to Boo the team. They don't try and lose after all!

I must admit, I left with my youngest son on 75mins.

He is just getting over Strep A and sat down on 65 mins looking liked he wanted to be anywhere but there, so asked him what he wanted to do which he replied he want to go.

With hindsight, maybe he should have stayed at home, and maybe a game too early for him.

Fair play to my eldest son who sat the whole thing out.

Stayed til the end with the stands half empty. Joined the eastbound train queue only for some incompetent southern rail employee opening the top disabled entrance to all. Yep we are all stuck in the left queue while everyone in the right gets the train. Not much between the ears those southern guys...

We left (our living room) just before extra time at the end so missed their fifth. Had a good excuse though as we went out for dinner. I am thoroughly pissed off that the kids will make my life hell at school tomorrow. Why get thrashed by them of all teams ?

Oh is that going around at the minute? My daughter couldn't coming today as has been really pale, no energy and violently sick all day. The better half is in bed with her just now.

It was over after 34 seconds. That was telegraphed. Played right in to their hands.

I'm a bit hurt tbh. Not with the effort but the naivety. Really tragic performance. Mojo is in negative figures. Not only has that burst the Utd bubble but basically pissed all over the Wolves 6-0 as well. Performance wise incredibly worrying.

Totally agree.

It literally changed everything and told us everything about the following 90 minutes.

Everton could just play Dyche ball, and knew that Webster/Dunk were both bloody awful … no pace, easy to destroy with 2 or 3 proper athletes coming at them.

Don’t think I sang after that, just sat in my chair watching a naive half, with pointless crosses over 90 minutes against a much taller team.

Dust off your cane and get ready to return the thrashing.

Can we just take the averages if the last few games and take 9 points?

Stayed til the end, best season of our lives. Going to savour every minute, we'll come back stronger - f*** the rest.

Boasting about how early you left/not going isn't a great look
Boasting about staying to the end is not much better either. I left on 85 mins. Have travelled home and away all season supporting this team but not looking for a pat on the back for that. I think it’s justified not staying to the end when our performance was as woeful as that and couldn’t give a crap about getting any criticism for that.

Stayed till the very end. Why would you do anything else? If you were in a cinema you wouldn't leave before the end would you?
I would if the film were rubbish. In fact I did once - Holiday on the Buses, on a double bill with Monty Python and the Holy Grail, which was luckily on first.

We were awful, I completely agree.

I’m not boasting about staying til the end, but I wanted to support the players as they went off.

I just don’t think leaving early is something to celebrated ever, which it has been in this thread

I keep seeing this.

If I was in a cinema in the middle of nowhere with 30,000 other punters who would all be leaving at the same time, the vast majority on public transport on a Sunday service, and the film was absolute SHIT - then yeah.

I probably would.

You support the team. Whether they lose against Forest or batter Wolves, you show your support at the end. It’s not a conditional thing.

Fair play if people have got places to be, but the half-empty North was embarrassing at full time.

That’s another advantage of us having left the NS very early today, we missed that embarrassment.
