Apprently he patially blinded the bloke.

He was caught on CCTV punching more than one person, then kicking someone in the head who was laying on the floor and is now partially blind and unable to work in their profession. He was arrested but skipped bail to Australia before being caught, extradited and convicted.

I perfectly understand Tim's "solidarity" with his brother but a public display is ignorant, and uncaring of the victim's position. If he wanted to dedicate it to Sean, send him a text afterwards.
