Funny story. I was mascot on the last game at Withdean. Think I was about 11, quite tall for my age. As we lined up and waited for the players to see who we’d walk out with, I ended up with Liam Bridcutt. I was only an inch or two smaller than him so he made Chris Wood swap with him and I ended up walking out with him instead 😂
Funny story. I've seen Chris Woods arse.

This.

Haven’t genuine ITK’s indicated that he was carrying a significant injury most of last season?
im sure I heard that Ferguson, Dunky and a few others were playing with injuries for quite a long time due to worse injuries to other players. The amount of strapping Dunk was wearing towards the end of last season was ridiculous. Hopefully no long term damage was done.

Thought he looked a bit lost tonight, TBH, and not very sharp either. Hope that was just a preliminary warm up for him!

Agree. But he came on into a shit storm. No one was able to pass to him. He looked miles off having any meaningful minutes for us against Ipswich.

The Wolves cup game might come too soon also.

I think the Wolves game is an ideal opportunity for him - I'm sure he'll feature in it.

This is not the forward we are looking for.

If Evan was fit enough for the bench against Crawley; fit enough to come on against England; and likely fit enough to be involved for their next game, then he’s fit enough for the Wolves game.

I hope I’m proved wrong, but I don’t think he’s the type of player Fab wants or needs.

According to the stats, he made a pass in the 82nd minute and found his team mate with it it. He also failed to control a long pass in the 89th minute and lost the ball.

And thats all.

Think we should all accept these eight minutes of football as the ultimate answer to all our questions, put him in the U21s and ship him to Palace for £10m in January.

I was curious, it does give some perspective. If I am not mistaken, surprisingly difficult to determine without any experience googling these things.

It would seem Harry Cane scored 21 Goals at 21yrs of age. Only 3 at 20, in his first senior Tottenham PL season.

I would therefore deduce Ferguson still has plenty of time (understatement) to become the player we all hope that he will! 👍🏻

Ferguson: 2022/23 (18) - 6 Goals. 2023/2024 (19) - 6 Goals. 2024/2025 (20) - 3+ …and IMO we can still continue to hope that he will be capable of 21+ goals in 2025/26 and we’ll have our very own Harry Kane.
