For me Fergies best attribute is his strength. If he’s this strong at 18, if he keeps developing he’ll be an absolute unit by the time he’s 25 or 26.

Another Bobby Smith. Big, powerful but lots of skill and finesse. There are a lot of similarities, and he shows potential to be just as good as Smith when he was in his prime.

He’s a special player, the striker with everything. I knew he’d take our performance up a level.

Forgetting that he’s still only 18!!!!!!!
That one that hit the post - Jesus!

Evan, we're in Heaven,
The boy scores relentlessly!
Our special Heaven, that's our Evan!
He seems to score seamlessly..........
Evan! Evan, he's our Heaven (repeat a few times)
Evan! Evan! Evan!

.............perhaps I should get my coat.

Enjoy him while we have him. The perfect mix of youth and old school. If Ferguson was still in charge of Manchester United I'd imagine he'd be gone by now. Has the potential to be our record goal scorer if we can keep hold of him.

We love these Irish Man-Boys.

“He made headlines in the summer of 2019 after making a substitute appearance as a 14-year-old against Chelsea in a pre-season friendly.”

Hopefully he can follow in the footsteps of Mr Connolly.
Yeah, about that...:lolol:

Baby you're all that I want
When you're lying here in my arms
I'm finding it hard to believe
We're in heaven
We're in heaven
Oh, thinking about all our younger years
There was only you and me
We were young and wild and free
Now nothing can take you away from me
We've been down that road before
But that's over now
You keep me coming back for more
Baby you're all that I want
When you're lying here in my arms
I'm finding it hard to believe
We're in heaven

Song in here somewhere

I think he'll secure his spot as first choice forward this year, and have a superb season next. He may well stick around a bit longer than most as he realises the importance of playing games and a premature move may hurt minutes. I think we'll get at least three seasons out of him, and then he'll move for a record fee in 2026.

Hopefully we'll sell Evan in January.

Our allocation for the Europa League final will be somewhere between 14 and 16 tickets.
If Evan is still with us the Irish will snap up the 35,327 secondary market tickets, but instead of rinsing us they'll bloody well keep them and go to the game.
