My neighbourhood is full of Portugal fans. They will be doing their usual obnoxious thing of driving around continuously honking their horns.

I read that as diving and was surprised how self-effacing they were. Didn't make sense with the horns though.

Well I don't. The line has to be drawn somewhere and I think it should be the feet rather than the nose. Just my opinion.
