Where did they get 8 minutes added time from?
Who knows? I think it's amazing in these days when refereeing decisions are examined to the nth degree, how long a game actually lasts often seems to be completely random.

8 minutes seemed very high, then the goal went in at 97:19 and he blew full time straight from kick off. Wasn’t sure about that ref all game, to be honest.

Croatia now out unless Slovenia lose to us by more than 3 and Czechia lose.

The free kick which started the Italy move also seemed soft to say the least

I think the Swiss will give them a good game.

France probably fancied their chances against them last Euros and we know how that turned out.

Just need Little Shaq to come up with some more magic.

The “high foot”? Yeah that was never a foul, he was giving Italy some really soft ones in the last 15 minutes of normal time and in stoppage time.

In other news - the Albania defeat means England are through to the next round.
Will be interesting to see what effect that has on the side's intensity tomorrow.

Obviously pleased that they're through, but they still need to put in a committed performance to answer the questions.
