Watching the Union Saint-Gilloise game on TNT, know they are not playing at their home ground but still in Brussels, but looks so empty.

It will look empty. USG average crowd for a league game is around 6,000. This season they are playing their European games at Hysel which has a 50,000 capacity. There is no way to make the stadium look full when it’s at just over 10% capacity.

Last season they played their European games at Anderlechts ground and despite their low average attendance in the league they managed to attract crowds ranging from 12k to nearly 17k in the group stage (which is higher than their normal stadium can hold).

Are Marseilles in one of the European comps?

Chelsea 6-0 up at HT against Noah with a flood of goals.

It's already a massacre of biblical proportions.

Email from Union has it at 16,000 in attendance last night...

UEFA gave it as 13,000 which is well over double what they got for the Bodo/Glimt game. Roma are obviously a side with European pedigree but it’s a great effort to double their crowd. Hopefully they get similar for the game against Nice. But that would still look better in the smaller Anderlecht stadium than Hysel. Shame they can’t play there this season. @Slum_Wolf do you know why the change?

Didn't see anything but with Anderlecht also in Europe I wonder if it was just for scheduling/pitch reasons.
