Very noticeable how more popular the cheap seats are.

Imho i think the club priced this one wrong from a fan perspective, but it will no doubt sell out eventually (unless we get Qarabag) so they will be happy too

Still lots of available tickets. On a VERY rough count it looks like over 3000 left.

If (a very big if) we get to the final do we have any idea how many tickets we’ll get?
15,000 max. That was the allocation for both teams in last year’s final, which was held at a stadium bigger than the Aviva in Dublin.

Agree - personally i think they were a fiver a ticket higher than than they could/should have been.

However, you're right I'm sure we'll sell out so the club will feel the pricing is justified.

I hope Albion Plus members/individual matchday fans get what they want and deserve.

I can say this because I have been [in my opinion] very fortunate and got a couple for myself and my daughter just now.

But I don't think the club have been fair at all with the points for Albion Plus members, especially when you consider the ludicrous number of points dividers put in place for a normal away PL game for STHs.

Cut-offs at 188 points, 1, and then 0? Really? That doesn't even look fair at first glance. What if you had 150 points AND had bought the 3-game package for the group games, which as we all know was before the draw and all the plum ties? I genuinely hope anyone in that situation doesn't miss out.

That’s pretty much where I am in terms of points, mate, and - happy to say - son and I have got tickets. Wait time wasn’t too bad.

The whole points thing is flawed as it stands IMO. It just cannibalises support as it's a bit of a closed shop.

Regardless, I've got my ticket for this one now so I'm alright for now.

And how would you change it? The system is not perfect but from what we can tell it's one of the better ones. It is possible to work your way up through the tiers but generally it seems those that complain don't want to put the effort in but expect to have access to the best games. That said, I believe many of the top games still go down through many tiers before being sold out.

The "closed shop" thing is demonstrably false.

There are plenty of people who have worked their way up and now have the pick of tickets. It takes a commitment of both time and money, often putting in the hard yards of going to the less glamorous games, then picking up "big game" tickets when your first get a tier 2/3 sniff and continuing to build from there.

And the steps the club introduced to make it difficult/risky to pass on away tickets was also a great help as most won't take the chance of passing on tickets to boost their own points position.
