I’m surprised nobody mentions Belgium, because I think they’ll win it.

It would be dangerous to write them off especially with the goal beast Lukaku up front but they're not as strong as in 2018 when they finished third at the World Cup. I can see Tossard as a dark horse for player of the tournament though.
