he moved it as it was blocking the road.

but the REAL story from this is the news report itself!!! while the reported was summarising outside court a drunk guy was waving and swaying infront of him and then shouted loudly(while live on bbc1) 'ahhhh its a load of bobshite, he did nothing wrong!'

BRILLIANT!

it was something to do with a beer delivery lorry that wa blocking a road. Eubank decided to move it so he could get past. Went to court, but Eubank being Eubank decided that it should be heard in a Crown court becuase he wants to be "judged by his peers".

Eubank is class and generally seems like a top bloke. What football team does he support, if at all he does support a team?

He was originally happy with pleading guilty at the magistrates' court, but then his lawyer advised him that he might be banned from driving.

So he changed his plea to not guilty. Hence today's trial.

Eubank is grossly over rated as a gentleman.

I have seen him carve up other roaduser because he thinks he is superior. Thats without dwelling on the death crash he was in, or the wayward skyrocket that nearly took a womans head off.

Finally, he was invited to the Goldstone years ago to show off his title belt. Spent the whole second half standing in front of paying fans seated behind and blocking their view. He couldn't care less.

Gentleman my arse.:salute: :salute:
