I don't think older people should not vote in an EU referendum, but I don't think we should be counting the votes of large numbers of people that are now dead, which to say that the leave result from 2016 is still valid in 2019 does.

Even if no one had changed their mind since the 2016 referendum, population changes mean that, from 19 January 2019, a majority of voters will back staying in the EU, according to the analysis. By 29 March, when Britain is due to leave the bloc, the Remain side is forecast to have a majority of around 100,000.17 Sep 2018

Unable to vote in UK elections as have been out of the country for more than 15 years.

Unable to vote in Malta as was not included in voters list. (Apparently I had to go and register )

I did get a letter from the Maltese PM asking me to vote though

Sounds like you want to remove the votes of those that disagree with your viewpoint. One could just as easily argue that those under age <insert age here> shouldn’t vote as they haven’t the experience and wisdom of those older than them.

That surly was the very point since the referendum in 2016 those who were unable to vote being too young are now left with the consequences of those who voted leave who have since done exactly what they voted for and left this mortal world

It iis a sum of money due to the EU from the UK when it leaves the EU to settle the UKs share of financing all the obligations whilst a member of the EU.
Do you consider it a good idea when the country is due to go in the trading world under WTO rules, to be seen welching on previous commitments? Not sure that will generate much trust in negotiations.

Seems to be a fairly consistent correlation between areas with a higher Remain vote and areas with higher turnout at these elections, which is an interesting development.
