Taylor himself admitted it was luck. As he said when the ball lands like his did you hit it and hope, some go in most go over the top.

Essiens was a deliberate calculated attempt at goal as it was going wide and then suddenly bent inside the post.

I preferred Peter Sayer's volley from a corner kick. Forgotten when & who against, but it was better than both the above.......cos it was for Brighton!
