Slightly different the Palace fan called Cantona's mother a whore the kid was just sitting down.

How do you know he didn't insult Essien's family?

If you look at the video again, Essien turns to run back after striking the ball, but then spins round to run towards the hoodlum. This could have been because of a vicious verbal attack.

Great point. I'm not sure I'd ever get over it. Truly devastating. Might as well put the boy and all his family down to end the years of torment they will now suffer. No one on earth has ever had such a catastrophic thing happen to them.
