is it not that simple to make pitta bread that little bit thicker so all the yummy fillings we put in don't fall out!!:rant::rant::angry:

you can buy those mini naan breads, the plain ones the same size as picnic pitta breads and slice them open in the same way as a pitta bread. they are a bit more substantial and do not split open all the way around.

houmous and grated carrot in mine for lunch today.
