Solid 4 at the back, holding midfielder, 2 attacking midfielders, 2 out wide and a front man. Pretty much what we did from when Gus got here.

The easy answer is to replace SH Jones and Burke with a manager who brings in own staff and scouting system , and the stands or falls by his decisions, buit that wont happen.

A positive step would be to give Sami his P45. Him saying he wants more players sends the wrong message out to the current crop of players. Who is he planning on getting with transfer window shut? Confidence must be rock bottom. The quicker this ****tard goes the better. Had a bad feeling about Sami from the start.

Get rid of Barber, Burke, Hypia and Jones.

Well, the last three, anyway. Get a manager who will play his back four properly, and let the manager choose his own assistant and chief scout (we don't want / need a Director of Football thank you). Probably need Barber for the commercial side of things.

Full backs play as full backs in stead of wingers,it's so easy to play against us at the minute,we need a real centre forward that's gonna give their centre halves a game,we must be dream come true at the moment for opposing centre backs,Chris Wood on loan could be the answer, otherwise we're down.

1. During the next recruitment process try to take on board the record of your candidates so when it says sacked from last job due to going on a long run without a win pay more attention.
2. Employ a manager who can bring in his own players as he will know if they can play that system or not. Don't rely on a so called director of football as they won't know the players as well as someone who has managed them or played with them and understands not just their playing ability but their character,
3. Understand that success in the championship involves not just creativity but effort strength and winning things in the air so sign strikers over 6 ft.
4. Do not chop and change players as they will never understand your tactics.

It's not rocket science.....that's why it is so frustrating for everyone

Throw loads of money at it, default on the payment, do it again and again untill you're in the Premier League.

After that. the world's your Oyster.

Change the tactics and stop playing strikers out wide and strikers defending...We need presence in the middle and seem a bunch of midgets, midgets are no good in the championship.

Also get rid of all the scouts, barber and berk plus hyppia and the Welsh twit and we're getting somewhere 👍

Whilst your sentiments are honourable, our record this season is woeful. The only option is a clear out.
Hypia & some of the back room staff need to go. Need a new team, otherwise League 1 here we come.

Point #2 is a non starter. We won't allow a manager to choose players as they will want people with ability, not some league one no-marks that David Burke has found for free.

Firstly why are we where we are now ?
When Oscar left, we were too slow in getting a new man in, meaning any players we went after didn't know what system they'd be expected to play in, so we missed out on a couple of first choices.
By the time Sami came in, we had sold or lost some of our best players so not only did he inherit a new team, it was one that had had the nucleus torn out of it and he had to try to impose his style on a bunch of players who didn't know him or each other. In effect we have a new team, a few of who have played together.
That's where we are now.
Looking forward, whilst it's easy to say "Sack Sami, Burke, Jones, Barber, The catering manager, Program sellers and the grumpy fat steward" this would just lead to another period of instability.
What we need to do, in my lowly opinion, is to stick (albeit reluctantly) with them and ensure we avoid relegation. This definitely means that we need to spend some money in January to get in at least one decent striker, a big lad that gets into the box and batters (legitimately of course) the centre backs and keeper; our current crop of midgets just don't threaten enough.
Oh, and use Kaz as an impact sub, coming on at 65 minutes and playing wide.

Sign a proper centre forward and set up in a way that allows players to concentrate on doing the things they do best.

To "fix things" I really do think the club need to stop talking about finance, catering, the ground and the training facilities and start talking about the most important thing, football.

We all know about FFP, ect. However we all turn up week in week out to watch a game of football and to be entertained. The club need to start talking football and not pies and pints. I'm sick of the programme being full of financial stuff, let's have more talk about the Under 18's, Development squad, the 1st team and the training programme. About the players we have out on loan and how they are progressing, how our injured players are in the recovery programme.

Please, let's just hear the club talk about football, what goes on in the Board Room while I'm sure is interesting should be reflected on the pitch in performance and results. So to "fix things" please the club concentrate more on twenty two blokes kicking a ball about, improve on the pitch and the rest will fall into place, simplistic I know!
