@Bozza why won't this Amazon link display? Thanks

Not sure the preamble matches the title tbh.

I’m not sure what value you’re adding here. From what I gather you’re providing a list of books and you cream off a chunk of each sale via an Amazon affiliate link without doing anything at all.

Thanks for your input Mustard.

It's putting football books, in one place, predominantly for people who may be looking for gifts i.e. books listed by clubs.

Our main market in the US.

Amazon can't possibly be at the top of all Google searches so they encourage affiliates. User gets the best deal, we earn a very small commission from a purchase. All three parties win.

We're high up on Google as all our content is unique.

We're adding a lot of value.

I will never get anything from Amazon.
I tried twice in the past and both times nothing turned up, so that's it from me.
Twice, now there's a word you don't hear often, always Americanised to 'two times' these days.

Amazon, for all its obvious sins and overbearing reach, is an incredible feat of scope and logistics.

Last Saturday at 6.30pm, my wife told me dinner had been in the oven for over an hour, and wasn't cooking properly. I took a look and sure enough, it was not heating properly.

I googled the part number of a replacement element for the model, then put that part number into Amazon, and found the exact part for £12.50. Got my lad (as he has a Prime account) to order it, and it turned up at 4pm Sunday, free of charge.

Sunday 6pm, the oven is fixed and dinner cooking.

Amazing.
