Australia are certainly the better team. Would be nice to try and draw the series in the final match.

They aren't though are they? They were saved time and again by cheat Smith and the French geezer. We couldn't be saved in the batting dept. but our bowling was fantastic. They won by two batters.

New captain definitely needed and Bairstow, Roy and Butler should not play test cricket again.

He appears to let things drift, doesn't make things happen. Would like to see an aggressive captain.
Their bowlers, Cummings and Hazlewood are better than any of ours as Anderson out. Their Batsman Smith may have been involved in sandpaper scandal but he`s done his time and is brilliant.
Well done you Aussies but we`ll hope to equal the series in the last test.

Smith was the difference. Almost impossible to get him out and our team of one day champions had no patience to offer resistance to an excellent test bowling side. I think it tells the true story of our ineptitude of our test side when the England innings of the series was by Stokes with an innings of great magnitude any fifty over winning innings would be proud of.
