That's not actually true. We got to the final of the Euros and weren't far off winning it, and that was in part thanks to getting an easy route to the final.

Not sure about that. US certainly had control of the game for 20 minutes after the break, but they didn't have that many good chances, and England could have won it too. A draw is probably fair.

USA, Wales & Iran are all similarly ranked and, basically, teams with players far inferior to England's, it's frustrating not to beat them comfortably. We have a team of top top talent with great athleticism but just don't use them....

Maguire was superb BTW.

From top to bottom, I don't think USA players are that inferior to England.McKennie and Adams were the best midfielders on the pitch by far.
