The technical issues (assuming that's what it was), made that rendition absolutely hideous.

Mind you, they're noticeably absent as GSTQ is sung...conspiracy theorist? Me? Nah....

Decent test? Maybe, but if we lose Cappello will be crucified. A lot.

Much as I hate to admit it, the Seps have a decent side these days, and losing to them now would be nowhere near as big a deal as it was in 1950.

Still, if we do have serious ambitions of challenging in 2010 (as we bloody should do), then, to use a cliche (and tempt fate), we should be beating teams like this.

They shouldn't. Friendlies are a good opportunity to try some new things out. Sven had a poor record in friendlies, but decent in competitive games. McClown on the other hand....

This does look shit. I have switched over to the French Open.

It doesnt matter who is in charge......no one can make miracles out of the mainly talentless technically deficient idiots who play for England. They simply are not talented enough.

Pick the world beaters from this list of muppets: England: James, Brown, Ferdinand, Terry, Ashley Cole, Beckham, Hargreaves, Lampard, Gerrard, Defoe, Rooney.

Going back to the Anthems, why do the Yanks always mess up their anthem with so much emotion, like they were singing pop song? Crngeworthy.

its the way they sing thier anthem, trying to give it more depth and passion by go up and down volume and keys, exagerating every third word.

good game so far, defense snub out things, defoe looks like he might get the confidence to be usful, though gerrard wandering inside too much i think, could be exploited. even brown is looking good.
