Would that be opposition ahead of us so far in this competition and only having let in 1 goal before tonight?:glare:

Yup. So many Mickey Mouse teams in that group the games should be played at Disneyland. Plus, aren't they down to their third-choice keeper or something. PLEASE don't get carried away with all this, it'll only end in tears

I can't see the game unfortunately because it is on ESPN in Australia which I don't have. Is Gareth Barry playing central or left midfield?

Mainly left but spreading the ball both ways and comfortable drifting into the centre to fill the space when needed. Our midfield looks balanced for the first time in ages

Unlike you who seems rather pleased to be 0-0 against a France side rebuilding????

2047: HALF-TIME France 0-0 Scotland
France have dominated possession, but it's the scoreboard that matters and at the moment it looks pretty handy for Scotland

You do KNOW that your ARE going to LOSE don't you??

Well most of the players of the oppo are names I recognise. Oh, let's see, there's Vieira. and Makelele. And Ribery. And Trezeguet. and Anelka. And you can try and discredit it but we already took 3 points off Les Bleues at Hampden and would indeed be 'rather pleased' if the game finished RIGHT NOW. fingers crossed, eh?

Unbelievable. The travelling support are going absolutely blinking nuts in Paris. James McFadden unleashes a quite astonishing shot from distance and while Mickael Landreau gets fingers to it, that's not enough to keep the exocet out

OH f*** IT:D

Keep hold of that 1-0 lead and I'll be shocked, but actually quite pleased for you :glare:

Look at the quality of the teams you're beating along the way, people. These results mean NOTHING on the big stage. It's like The Albion looking like world-beaters against Worthing.

But we're not on the big stage yet, we are just beginning to look like a TEAM again and all your negative thoughts are wasted, I doubt your lot could score 6 in two games if they did play Worthing and say ohh someone like the Faroe Islands??. With a bit of luck we'll get the Scots in the finals.....
