Why are so many people just walking around the stadium, the flow of people has been constant.

I agree the Sky TV news version with poor commentary was better than BBC with just horns.

MOM anyone!

well I dont think theres any need to read too much into this, main thing is no serious injuries is a plus, maybe a couple of knocks & strains might've been picked up but for me its a run out before the USA

im not saying the commentary was poor - im saying that, despite it being there, those horns were still driving me crazy

We know - but without the commentary on BBC, the vuzuvela's sound f***ing loud, and are twice as irritating if that's possible!

Yes. That was his last good performance though much like Walcotts.

Look no one wants England to do well more than me, I shall be cheering hard for Heskey eveytime he plays for England. I really hope he has a fantastic world cup and scores 4 or 5 goals.

If he does we will make the final.

He was also excellent in the 4-1 against Croatia, and was instrumental all throughout the qualifying campaign.

He can score NO goals at the World Cup for all I care, his overall play more than makes up for it.

But well done on your decision to be positive, good to see.

Rooney's goal got good reaction here, anyone care to give a brief description?

Milner beat a defender at the top edge of the box and in doing so the ball ran onto the line, he hit a cross back to apx where the penalty spot is and Rooney took it on the volley and smashed it in. Was great technique to keep it down and the goal had good pace about the whole move
