Really enjoyable day out - best fun I've had at the Amex for quite a while. The England girls put in fantastic team performance - shame our caterers couldn't do the same. The North Stand had no burgers or hot dogs or any pies (except cottage) 25 minutes before kick-off. Managed to grab some burgers midway through the first half but loads of people had to make do with crisps or queue for 20 minutes to get whatever was left at half times. An utter shambles for a lunchtime kick-off that attracted thousands of hungry families.

Excellent performance from England, the Brighton squad should be made to watch the dvd to see how fast, fluid attacking football can be played. The way we carved open their defence again and again with passing and movement was a joy to watch.

Interestingly there was a pay-on-the-day booth outside the ground, so it can be done.

The Amex is proving to be a good ground for England teams. The U19s, U21s and now the women's team have won there.
